Hello World!
I always knew I wanted to be an artist.
That’s only mostly true. At first I wanted to be a firetruck.
Once I moved past that, I latched onto art for dear life.
By the age of 8, I had written a script for a monster movie. By 13, I was creating graphics and editing videos for early e-sports teams. At 16, I was taking senior portraits at my high school and after college, I was hired by an award-winning creative ad agency.
But from the start, my mission statement has stayed the same:
I just want to make cool stuff.
Gastronomic Globetrotter
If I hadn’t gone into the creative field, I’d probably be working in a kitchen. Food is one of my greatest passions, and I spend much of my free time in my home kitchen, creating new recipes, perfecting old ones, and exploring the world through delicious vegetarian flavors.
Dinosaur
Tracker
Birds are literally dinosaurs, look it up! I didn’t get into bird watching until after college, but it has since led me to explore the world. I’ve camped in the deserts of southeastern Arizona and navigated small villages in Costa Rica, all in search of diverse bird species. My favorite? The humble Yellow-Billed Magpie found only in California’s Central Valley—my home.
Ephemeral Musician
My love for music was sparked by Rockband for the Nintendo Wii and fostered by my mom. Somehow, I convinced her to buy me a drum set… and then a bass… and then a guitar. These days, I buy my own instruments, but I’ll always be grateful for her support. I don’t show my music to anyone, though. If you manage to hear my music somehow, consider yourself lucky!
